Your Training Scheduler subscription includes a 90-day money-back guarantee.

How to request your refund

Within 90 days of your initial subscription payment, email admin@hrdcorptrainer.com and tell us you want to use the scheduler's money-back guarantee.

• Send the request from your signup email where possible.
• Include your trainer or business name and the payment reference from your receipt.
• Do not send your password or full card details.

Support will use these details to identify your payment and handle the refund request. Your bank or payment provider determines when a processed refund appears in your account.

What the guarantee covers

The guarantee covers the Training Scheduler subscription. It does not cover fees paid to a trainer or training company for a programme; discuss those fees and programme cancellations with the relevant trainer or provider.

Renewal and cancellation questions

The founding offer is RM88 for the first year, then RM188 per year from year two. Regular plans are RM18 per month or RM188 per year. To ask about a renewal, stop future subscription billing or close your account, contact admin@hrdcorptrainer.com.
