Who is it for?
It is for trainers who receive training date requests from providers or corporate clients and need one booking link to manage availability.
What problem does it solve?
It reduces double booking, forgotten soft blocks, late HRDC approval follow-up, and scattered WhatsApp or email booking details.
How does Google Calendar work?
The scheduler checks full-day calendar conflicts of 4 hours or more, writes Soft Block and Hard Block dates as tentative events, writes Confirmed dates as confirmed events, and ignores scheduler-created events when checking external busy dates.
What reminders are included?
Automatic emails cover 30-day provider confirmation, 21-day HRDC approval warning, 14-day final confirmation, 3-day venue confirmation, trainer material preparation, and post-class invoice reminder.
How much does it cost?
The founding offer is RM88 for the first year, limited to the first 50 approved trainers. Regular price is RM18 per month or RM188 per year.
Can I create an account immediately?
Signup creates a request first. Since the free window ended on 6 July 2026 at 5:00 PM Malaysia time, Stripe payment is required before automatic approval.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. The scheduler includes a 90-day money-back guarantee.
What do Soft Block, Hard Block, and Confirmed mean?
Soft Block holds a possible date, Hard Block reserves a stronger tentative date, and Confirmed marks a class that is proceeding.
Can providers still request a soft-blocked date?
Yes. Soft Block is still bookable on a first-come, first-served basis until the trainer confirms one booking.
Can trainers set cancellation rules?
Yes. Trainers can set Soft Block release timing, Hard Block release timing, no-cancellation windows, and cancellation fee percentages for confirmed programmes.
